Food Truck Booking Information

Pricing

We estimate an average cost of $17–$22 per person, depending on your menu selection and the size of your guest count.

Minimum Requirement

Our minimum service requirement ranges from $600–$1,200 for up to 4 hours of service, depending on menu choice and event size.
Additional service time may be available upon request and may include an added fee.

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Payment Terms

A tab will remain open throughout your event.
The remaining balance will be collected at the end of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling is permitted based on availability, and deposits may be transferred to a new date if notice is given at least 7 days in advance.

Travel Fee

Our standard service area includes events within a 20-mile radius of our headquarters.
A travel fee will apply for events beyond that radius, based on distance and travel time.

Weather Policy

Events are held rain or shine.
In cases of severe weather that create unsafe conditions, we will work with you to reschedule your event.
